A TEAM VICTORY

Exodus 17: 10-13:
10 And Joshua did as Moses said, fighting against Amalek; and Moses and Aaron and Hur climbed to the top of the hill. 11 And it came to pass that when Moses lifted up his hand, Israel prevailed; but when he lowered his hand, Amalek prevailed. 12 And the hands of Moses were weary; Then they took a stone, put it under him and sat on it. and Aaron and Hur raised their hands, one on one side and the other on the other; so there was firmness in his hands until the sun set. 13 And Joshua destroyed Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.
Teamwork leads to the enjoyment of victory. Victory is the result of the coordination and discipline of all the members of a team. The victory shows that the members of a team identify with the team's vision and mission.
The team can be the family, the church, the company in which you work or, failing that, a sports team. Whatever it is, your equipment; The important thing of all, is that each member is clear about their responsibility.
Moses, Aaron, Hur and Joshua; They were part of the Israel team that was fighting with the Amalekites. The biblical part we read tells us the role of each of the members of the Israel team:
- Moses: his responsibility was to pray and keep his arms up during the battle.
- Aaron and Hur: their responsibility was to hold the arms of Moses during prayer.
- Joshua: his responsibility was to fight on the physical plane against the enemies of Israel (Amalekites).
These four characters, although they had different functions within the team, harmoniously coordinated their responsibilities to give victory to the people of Israel. However, during the development of their responsibilities, they could notice the errors that caused them a momentary defeat in front of the enemy.
Aaron and Hur, realized that when Moses got tired with his hands up, Amalek prevailed in the battle. They immediately made the corrections and looked for solutions to solve the problem. The biblical text says that when each of them held an arm for Moses, it happened that Joshua prevailed in the battle; And so, working all in harmony according to the functions of each one, they achieved success in the battle.
This biblical teaching, if we take it to the personal plane, to the family, to work, in the ministry to which God has called him or another office; we must have complete assurance of success just like Moses, Aaron, Hur and Joshua.
May God continue to bless you abundantly.

Unquestionably @pastor "Teamwork leads to the enjoyment of victory." In unity, many things can be achieved and besides that Jesus longs for his people to live in unity.
