True Art vs. Institutional Ash Heap
Art is a Mirror of Culture and Popular Culture is Apparently Shit
Looking at the state of the Institutional Arts one might assume that art, like religion, is dead. A veritable trash heap of shitty ideas and poorly crafted refuse is pumped into the culture from every corner of the globe, demanding our attention. It is not only offensive because of its quality but delivers a fresh kick in the balls by its proponents insinuating that its too sophisticated for your average IQ. Don't be fooled. If it looks like its trash its because it is trash. The University system is geared toward producing for the trend and is sworn to a complete devaluation of our intuition. Its garbage and we all know it.
When I refer to "Institutional Arts" I'm not speaking of the indiviual creatives who have been educated and "degreed" and produce highly innovative works. In fact, some of these talents are far above the clouds, far above even what the best of the Visionary Artists are capable. But I am calling out their peers in the "fine arts", those that are showing in the finest galleries from Rome to L.A. I'm talking about the turd in the middle of a $35,000 showroom space.
There is no mystery here, there is no deeper meaning; what you are looking at is waste, rubbish. And like trash, it will be systematically removed by sane people who desire to clean house. This spring cleaning, if you will, has become a driving continuum of purpose for me and fuel for my fire. Unable to ignore the blatant popularity of shit art I am driven by a countercultural engine to undo its false kingdom. Replacing the institutional, talentless frauds with True Artists is a major goal of my life. I desire the New Renaissance, the rebirth of quality and for the Visionaries to reclaim the throne of technique, visibility and leadership once occupied by the European Masters.
Real Art Exists and You Must Find It
Modern art is as nurturing to the soul as McDonald's is nourishing for the body. It's quick, lazy, corporate and makes you ill. Don't be swept away by the fact that morons pay millions for this crap. Let them waste their money and spend your time seeking the New Renaissance, for it exists even if it takes a bit of digging to reveal.
Real art is still alive and the future will bring it directly into your lap. The only requirement of the viewer is that they seek to know. The Visionary Artists are dredging up the unconscious contents of the species and putting themselves on the razor's edge of innovation. These innovative warriors of all that is good and meaningful are doing the work and putting in the time to make sure that 500 years from now our species has not only DaVinci and Michelangelo to marvel over but a host of records documenting the Visionary Artist's brave voyages into the unknown.

Much like most tertiary value systems our Modern Institutional Art sways our disbelief away from root cause and into some fanciful make believe land where people with mountains of cash prefer to spend their wealth on droppings. But if we strip ourselves of our culture and find our lives cast into dystopia, Courage will still exist, Value will still exist and Virtue will still exist. It is time we assert our attention and be proactive to applauding true technique and radical innovation before its too late. The Visionary Artists are poised to venture into the imagination, pioneering worlds beyond the grasp of our culture. They devote themselves to bringing ideas back from the beyond in order that we may have a record of what its like to exist in the realm of big ideas. The Visionaries prepare us for a world without training wheels where the impact of immediate experience guides our decision-making with acceptance that we are not outside of vicious nature but an active participant in it. Culture is a web woven tightly around our minds. We have been bitten by the weaver and its venom soothes us with security while our innermost being is liquefied. We must shake free at all costs and reach out to the immune among us and beg for the antidote. True Art is your friend. It is a bitter, jagged pill and its contents may induce a potentially violent redirection, but I assure you, the results are worthy of your efforts.
Art is Bound to Return to Its Prime Function, That of Truth Telling.
Rich, upward and inspired, the greatest imaginations will once again be regarded correctly. As we tire of unhealthy addictions and the easy road lined with other's estimations of value, the Visionaries will rise to occupy the throne of decency, chivalry, honesty and beauty.

Yes!! He is probably the best known of the Visionary Artists, other than Alex Grey. He has really pioneered and blazed a lot of trails to make it a bit easier for the rest of us to make livings.
