HOW THE BLMP PLATFORM SOLVES THESE PROBLEMS
A digital platform sends a proposal to the holder of an interlectual property and an ownership smart contract is then initiated to record the terms of agreements which is stored on-chain on finalizing an agreement as negotiations goes on off-chain. Then virtual goods are created and updated to bestow rights to allow the sale via tokenization using the ERC-721 standard on-chain. On purchase of these goods by consumers from digital platforms, the transaction amount is split based on other terms of the ownership smart contract with a small small service fee that goes to the BLMP foundation.
