My Insect Photography
Burnet Moth on teasel. I used to see a lot of Burnet moths growing up but only spot a few nowadays.
I think these are a type of damselfly and very well camouflaged. I've never seen yellow and black ones before only blue.
I think since I've joined Steemit and taken up photography, I seem to be more observant as I'm constantly looking for photo opportunities.
Bee on a lavendar plant at my village medical centre. The centre was shut so had to take a photo through the fencing. Off course, the bee wouldn't stay still but I like a bit of blurriness. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

I use an Olympus Pen Lite 75 - 300 and borrow someone's Olympus 14 - 40 ez and Olympus 40 - 150.
I'm only a beginner and still don't understand the workings of a camera. Most of my shots get deleted but one or two come out ok. Thank goodness for digital!
This is a very nice set of photos! 👍🏻🙂

Thank you at @saboin.
These are great! I have seen a lot of the burnet moths, but I didn't know that's what they were called. I love the bee with the lavender.
Thank you. It took me ages to find just the one.
I concur. Steeming does have u more adept at spotting photo opportunities. Reminds me I haven't uploaded the fly in a flower ones yet.
