Good evening friends and air-clinicians it's another wonderful day Thursday and I hope you all had a splendid and fun filled day.

Health-wise am super healthy and dealing with the heat condition of my town.

It's becoming obvious that we are moving in to another season we are grateful bidding farewell to the raining season.

In this period people tends to take more of water than food and this is simply as a result of high dehydration rate.
