 1. As you all know the first anime character is Goku he has sustained multiple transformations such as SSJ3 , SSJ4, SSJ Blue, and the legendary Ultra Instinct. Also if you search up can Naruto beat goku and this is the result, "Of course goku would win, he has the power to destroy the galaxy and all naruto can do is maybe destroy a mountain. seriously i should think goku vs. naruto is a no-brainer. no offense to naruto, but goku is just far more powerful. ... in dragonball,goku was able to move giant boulders by the 20th episode". so he can juggle naruto and beat him to a pulp.

2. Naruto has to be number 2 because he has undergine some transformations too he has unlocked sage mode, full out nine tails,and chakura mode. He is strong but he does have his limits he is not a planet buster and can not destroy a planet so he could not beat goku. Also Naruto's six paths mode unlocks the truth seeking orbs which is very powerful and  sasuke even used them in the final battle.

3. Is Ichigo Kurosaki He is number 3 because he is very strong and Over Power but he can not beat Naruto or Goku.
