Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From August 29 to September 4, 2024

Dear steemit team;
It has come to an end of another week, which is week 21 of being steem representative.
Last week was a very fruitful week I would say because I achieved a lot of things and I was glad and satisfied. I worked round the blog and find some interesting post which I dropped my comments and vote to support them. I never hesitate in helping the newbies and encouraging the older steemians in making quality content.
As a steem representatives, I carried out my responsibility to the my best of my ability. I went round the blog and support users with my post and votes. I really worked on my whatapp group to help users make atleast a post on their blog to stay active and also to support users with their quality comments and votes.
The update of the steemit team with regards to the engagement challenge contest was out and the update was supper amazing. I was delighted and eager to see how the platform will look like with lots of activities from users who are already prepared to kick start this season 20 engagement challenge contest.
We are eager to learn new skills as well as improving in making quality and interesting content on the blog.
My activities
My activities was fine I would say
I didn't hesitate to support users with my account. I made some content in steemit, I also went round the blog to support some steemians with quality post free from plagiarism. I commented and upvote their posts I wasn't limited to few communities or countries I spread my vote evenly distributed, upvoted 164 posts.
I initiated a power up to boast my steem power, and it is my regular routine, I'm improving daily to reach a mile stone. I helped some users to also initiate power and take time to explain the benefits of power up to a user that was concerned about.
Each week, I spent time in my WhatsApp inbox, telegram and discord responding to messages from newbies and other users who needs help and encouragement to stay active and last week was not exceptional.
As a steem representative I always make myself available and approachable by all who needs help. I took practical steps in helping users to the best of my ability. For example, through delegation, mentorship or any guidance that they needed.
My observations
I noticed that it is challenging to see post that are made on a user blog if you have not followed that user. I noticed that using correct and appropriate hashtags will be beneficial as it will helps others to view a post on a users blog. For example #art #creativewriting #craft #food #music #steemexclusive #health etc. The tag should be used depending on the type of content.
Therefore, attention should be given to relevant hashtags while creating post.
This week, I hope to give maximum support as usual to the platform to the best of my ability.
