Hello everyone out here, it is nice to meet you all again I'm grateful so many users enjoyed this challenge and I enjoyed it as well. Although I had some set back challenges with regards to my health and other things I decided never to give up. I love steemit and I love writing so I never give up on my job to stay active in this platform come rain, come sun.

I understand that time is precious and needs to be use wisely rather than spending it on unnecessary things so I calculate the time I spend each day on a particular thing.

My work schedule

---

I work in two places and steemit is part of my job. I'm a health care provider, pharmacist by profession, I currently work in a hospital pharmacy and I'm a full time steemian, I own a physical business I'm managing, I'm also a wife and a mother of wish I attained to my duties at home as well. So you see my schedule each week is always busy, I like being devoted to whatever I do so each week I work tirelessly to make sure I balance my schedule and meet up with my time to cover everything I need to do before the day finishes.

A Review of my weekly Activities on Steemit

Let's come back to my work in steemit, I want to review what I do every week on Steemit;

• I do comment on post and curate them every Tuesdays and Saturdays on Steemkids community as MOD, users make post everyday seconds and so I checked the community often this days to comment on post and give necessary corrections.

• I work every Thursday as a curator with the perfect seven curation team, my work includes to search for post using my hashtag, assess the post for necessary things that is needed, comment and curate them.

• I do run contest, so I comment and curate users that take part in the contests.

• I make other post related to other different topics on this platform.

• I have WHATSAPP group that I'm managing, encouraging newbies to create quality post, I do attained to all their questions, help them make posts each day, correct and teach them basis things they need to know.

Steemit is my full time job and I want to say I spend a lot of time here.

So when I'm off duty, I spend more time creating post and also upvote and comment on other user post, at times I make use of my free time to create quality content, when I'm on night shift I do make post too. Whatever it is I strategies my time to meet up with all my activities and it doesn't look bored at all. I have a supportive husband and I won't fail to acknowledge the fact that he helps me a lot to manage my time so as to meet up with my daily activities so we both work hand in hand each day to balance our tasks for the day. Although I do not sit to calculate the time I spent on steemit each day but I will like to give an estimate of hours I spend on steemit.

There are total of 84 hours in a week excluding night hours

12(hrs) × 7(days) = 84 hours

So out of this 84 hours I do spent an estimate of 40 hours each week on Steemit, while when divided by 7(days) it's gives approximately 6 hours each day.

So I work and estimate of 6hours a day on steemit

Talking about the past 7 days, it has been really amazing, I was really engaging in activities on this platform ranging from comments, upvoted and read people's post as well as take part in the challenge contests.

Benefits of the steemit engagement challenge contests

The benefits of this challenge is overwhelming, personally it has helped me to stay active.

• It has bring out the creativity in many users and me most especially, more of brain concept.

• It has helped to reactivate old users to the platform.

• Users are pleased to know that they are not entitled to a particular community, they are happy exploring other communities.

• It enhances my writing skills.

• It increases the rate of activities on the platform thus creating more chances for more steem coin to be mine.

• It makes users to be committed and more responsible in replying to post.

• It helps users to make new friends it has boast up the socialization in users through engagement.

• It has taught me some moral lessons.

If I want to continue listing the benefits it will reach 5000 words, so I want to say it is very good

Challenges

Before I mentioned this I will want to thank @steemitblog for the initiative of curation team in this platform. The idea of curating different hastags by the curators is the best idea and it has really work and will continue working on this platform as long as users comply.

Now the challenge of users is upvoted, although upvote is not a guarantee but yet as imperfect humans, users still complains about this, I have a humble suggestion to put an end to this complain.

My humble suggestion to improve this challenge in the next period

Steemitblog has made a provision on supporting authors who are creating quality content using the curation team,each of this team has hashtags they use to easily identify authors who made post related to this hastags.

• So I will humbly suggest that next time, each communities should choose topics that are related to this hastags so that authors will be supported greatly while using this hashtgs.

• Also please I humbly plead that each of the communities should include this hashtags in their contest rules so users will use it and be easily supported.

The reason I'm saying this is that most users do not know how to make use of hashtags, and they think if they use any other tag they may loose their chances of winning the contest and please with this regard the community should please remember to include it in their contest rules as the second hashtag.

So I hope with this users will be supported.

Please note that my humble suggestion doesn't mean that users will not be receiving support from SC01 and SC02 but I mean that in as much as they may not support all active authors, this one's can as well receive support from the curation team. Some of the curators finds it difficult to see quality content to curate this engagement challenge contest since most users are busy with the contest.

So I hope my humble suggestion will be put into consideration by the team but if it is not necessary please it can be overlooked and I stand to be corrected where I say wrong .

CONCLUSION

Steemit is my full time job and so spending reasonable time creating content and engaging in other people post is never a waste of time and so we should be motivated to support each other with our uplifting comment.
