Leptocorisa oratorius
This animal belongs to the insecta and in Indonesian is called walang sangit. Leptocorisa oratorius is a major pest for rice plants in Indonesia. This insect has a very foul body odor.
This animal has an elongated body shape with a length of 1 cm to 2 cm. This insect uses it body odor to protect itself from its enemies.
Leptocorisa oratorius becomes the main enemy for rice plants by sucking the liquid on the rice stalks, causing the rice stalks to dry out and turn yellow. But apart from that all these animals are very interesting objects to photograph and very easy to find because my area is an agricultural area.
