My Big Fat Failed OBE!!!
An Out of Body Experience (OBE) also known as astral projection occurs when the energy/astral body separates from the physical body. This can also be achieved through Near Death Experiences (NDE) or lucid dreaming (Dream Yoga), which is when the energy/astral body wakes up while your physical body is still asleep and dreaming.
