"Usually..." - A Story in 50 Words
"Don't worry he's friendly!"
"I hear what you're saying but I have serious doubts about-"
The sentence ended in a blood-curdling shriek as the snake sunk it's teeth into his wrist.
"Noodle!! How could you?! I'm so sorry, he's NEVER done this before! Maybe your nervousness made him feel nervous."
The moral of the story (if there is one) is don't hold the snake if your instincts are telling you it's a bad idea 😐❌🐍.
This story's random word was 'friendly'.

I am always very cautious when it comes to animals. We simply do not understand them enough. And we can't read their moods. Plus, the damage they do can be quite irreparable. So, thanks but no thanks. I am not going anyway near them - domesticated or not. :-)
I say trust your intuition just like with people. If you don't feel like holding a snake or someone's pet tarantula, maybe there's a good reason for that. And then there are times when we really should know better but don't. Like the guy and his fiance who lived among the grizzly bears somewhere for a while and thought they understood those animals. They were both eaten.
So true!
LOL! Right....always trust your gut :) <333
