Traxia (TMT) —my ICO rating

This is a repost from my medium (since they no longer support ico / bounty campaign) blog dated March 8, 2018.

I started investing in cryptocurrency, first with Bitcoin in October 2016. And participated in alot of ICOs afterwards. However, as I grew in crypto- market, this year I started to rate ICOs according to my criteria ( but these may change / updated as I deemed necessary).

At the moment, I’m using these 8 criteria.

1. Legalities — according to the whitepaper, “Traxia is a non-profit foundation being established under the laws of Switzerland”. I will give you update on this once Traxia got their certificate / registration.

2. Business / tech uniqueness & competitiveness — as they say “ cash is king”. Traxia being the first decentralized trade finance having the advantages and benefits of being the first mover. Any ICOs planning to do the same should have surpassed Traxia achievements or any succeeding ICOs will not succeed if they don’t have something accretive in nature.

3. Product availability / Timeline / Progress — according to their whitepaper, their product availability is as follows: V1 (alpha) — January 2018 V1 (beta) March 2018 Monolith API (PHP), web clients (Angular 4 / Typescript) V2 — April 2018 Monolith API (PHP), web clients (Angular 4 / Typescript) V3 — June / July 2018 Microservice API (NodeJS/Typescript/GraphQL), webclient (ReactJS/Typescript/Redux), mobileclient (React Native/Typescript/Redux)

4. Real life use cases — As I say, trade finance is needed in every businesses. Since 90% of the global businesses is composed of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), capturing a large percentage of it will give added value to Traxia. Besides, these SME need much more efficient way of finance readily accessible / liquid in the soonest possible time at a cheaper cost.

5. Team/Advisor — Traxia is composed of expert core developing team, LiqEase. To add to varied visionaries, master in business management, tech-enthusiasts, consulting, banking. With advisors from notable industries accross the globe (SOSV, Chinaaccelerator, Emurgo, Acorn International Inc., Kapron Asia, XNode, BDO China to name jus a few. 6. Community involvement / transparency — as of this writing, Traxia community continue to grow. They have the following followers, members and subscribers in their social media. Telegram: 1853 members, Reddit: 93 subscribers, Twitter: 1171 followers, Facebook: 643 likes their page / 665 followers.

7. Partnership —Traxia will be the first project invested by Cardano thru its investment arm Emurgo. And plan to fully integrate with Cardano’s technology in 4Q 2018, when Cardano’s Goguen goes live.

8. External market/target customers/profitability —the market is big as I say every businesses need to liquidate / collect their sales. And the future long-term profitability is as high as the global market, once it’s fully integrated and operational.

Liquidate some of your portfolio, and try to reinvest some in Traxia (TMT).
