IN HEADLINES: New York banned fracking back in 2015. Yet on the table is a plan for a fracked gas pipeline shooting straight through New York Harbor. How is this possible? And if the parties in charge of greenlighting this pipeline acknowledge that it would contribute to climate change, should we not consider this large scale destruction on par with a war crime?
