STEEM.AMAL OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: New Board Member Structure

Considering the implementation, the steem.amal program in the field has been increased significantly, we consider seriously recruiting several new board members for the efficiency of humanitarian work in several areas that have not been reached for the humanitarian program of steem.amal.

It is hoped that later this new board member will actively participate in implementing the steem.amal program in their respective work areas. With the addition of this board member, steem.amal Indonesia will be stronger in implementing its program from the planning stage to the evaluation stage, which is a cycle that cannot be separated from one another.

As we know these three board members have long been active in assisting steem.amal activities both in the planning and implementation stages in the Pidie Jaya area. In Pidie Jaya, they are also active in carrying out humanitarian missions and other steem.amal tasks as mandated by team leader @anroja in Pidie Jaya, Pidie, Bireuen, and Lhokseumawe areas they attended in the context of implementing the steem.amal humanitarian program
2	@steemitcountry	He will be a representative of steem.amal in the East Aceh region which has not been touched by the Indonesian steem.amal program. So far, steemitcountry has been more helpful in terms of positive suggestions for program implementation and methods for selecting potential beneficiaries in general
3	@cicisaja	Her position is as a Program Advisor and concurrently steem.amal representative for the Jakarta area, @cicisaja has been actively providing input and ideas in the preparation of the steem.amal program since she was re-activated her account on the steemit platform. Cicisaja has also surpassed the SPHERE Project Training since she had been working for International Humanitarian Organization

Please welcome them all as the new appointed board member of steem.amal Indonesia. This decision was made by steem.amal Program Manager and Team Leader (El-Nailul and @anroja) with deep consideration of the sustainability of the steem.amal program implementation.

Following the result of the meeting that held on July 11th, as below:

Especially for steem.amal board members will be subjected to a member fee obligation of 2 SBD/month. This fee will be collected in the @steem.betterlife account. The use of this membership fee is for special benefits for the steem.amal board member, the cost of the board member's official meeting, and also other internal steem.amal interests. This initiative is to avoid inappropriate use of the steem.amal budget which is only intended for program purposes

All board members will be subjected to collect 2 SBD/Month starting from August 2021. The SBD shall be collected to:

All steem.amal board member have equal responsibility to keep all financial expenses remain transparent and in accordance with public audit standard. Since the fund is collected from steemians, board member are subjected to maintain the use of the fund for the adequate and meaningful purpose only.

I encourage all of the board members of steem.amal to participate to support and supervise carefully the whole steem.amal program expenditure by reading the financial report and be critical at any point of financial uses
