Official Report: Steem.amal and Steem SEA Board Members Minute Meeting [50% steem.amal]

Due to many agendas of steem.amal activities and the steem SEA program that is still pending, the steemSEA moderators and steem.amal board members took the initiative to hold an emergency meeting to discuss the most urgent matters that must be addressed immediately.

Along with the visit of @anroja as the team leader and Southeast Asia CR as well as the founder of the steemSEA community, the meeting was rushed and immediately carried out on short notice.

Sunday afternoon July 11, 2021, Lhokseumawe and North Aceh board members steem.amal who are also MOD steem.sea, and Indonesian CRs gathered to discuss the following matters:

Minutes:

1. Especially for steem.amal board members will be subjected to a member fee obligation of 2 SBD/month. This fee will be collected in the @steem.betterlife account. The use of this membership fee is for special benefits for the steem.amal board member, the cost of the board member's official meeting, and also other internal steem.amal interests. This initiative is to avoid inappropriate use of the steem.amal budget which is only intended for program purposes

2. The distribution of masks will be carried out after Eid al-Adha along with the handover ceremony for the first Steem.amal housing program to Samsul in Bayu, North Aceh. The schedule will be announced in the WA group when the preparation is done.

3. SBD generated from the @steem.sea account will be used for the following: Account power-up, Steem SEA community promo activities, Steem SEA community meet-up, Steem SEA community administrator incentives. The community administrator by meant are community members who have been working for the betterment of the community in managing community accounts or in community member empowerment programs. 4. To support the welfare of the members of the steemSEA community, an open donation will be held which will be announced through a community account to provide compensation to community members who have been struck by any means of disasters/misfortune regardless of nationality and dormitory location, the implementation rules of distribution and donation will be set by the management further through the next steemSEA community MOD meeting.

5. The results of the decision of this meeting will come into effect from 1st August 2021 onwards and do not apply backward
