Official Report: Latest Update and Program Evaluation for 2 Burned Houses

First of all, I would like to apologize to all of my supporters for an unintentional mistake I made on my last post regarding the setting payout for @steem.amal account. I did not set it on the beneficiary field, but anyway I will manage in the other way to support steem amal program in the field at all cost. I am really sorry for the inconvenience.

Hereby, I would like to underline a few progress on steem.amal's response for 2 burned houses last week. As the final assessment has been made, gathering information from the owner of the house and discussion with team leader and board member, we have come to conclusion as below:

1. The owner was not willing to have a temporary rented house, hence steem.amal re-set the plan to support basic needs of the family with foods, and some basic goods. The first family in Pante village has received Rp 1,000,000 in cash at first day, and later on we also gave some goods as much as Rp 2,265,000 and Rp. 2,000,000 cash as the emergency response.

2. We will support the fisrt family with another support to build his temporary house with the total additional budget as much as Rp 10,000,000 (100 SBD) in form of construction materials (such as roof sheet or metal frame). We hope with total amount of Rp 15,265,000 (153 SBD) contribution will support their living and able to start over a new life. Thus, the remaining balance which is needed to support the first family is Rp. 10,000,000 (100 SBD)

In case the shortage of the program budget, I am (el-nailul) willing to support them personally

The Progress for the second family in Peureupok we have had a few point to underline as below:

1. We decided to prepare construction material with fully respect to the owner/victim of the burned house decision that he has made; The owner was not willing to get a rented house for temporary since their families has gathered sources with the local community to construct the temporary house as you can see it on the picture above

2. Total amount of support since the emergency is only Rp. 500.000 cash. The community and local authorities has supported them with basic need and foods. Hence, we decided to support them with Rp. 15,000,000 (150 SBD)budget in form of construction materials when they start the construction of the house, it can be after the holy Ramadhan. We keep the budget in Steem.amal bank account and will use it when the construction begin.

As the latest update from the field, we suggest to gather donation in cash or SBD/steem for the construction support. In case you want to support with goods and toy for the kids, you are please welcome to do so. If the needed budget exceeded expectation then the budget will be use to support next program as would be decided in the next board meeting (the meeting mostly via WA group call/microsoft team meeting)

This report is made regularly to meet standard audit trail and transparency purpose and gathering operational support of field operation. General update will be publish on @steem.amal account to gather more program budget.
