How to Lose Weight Naturally
In the roots of the daily book I begin the chapter on weight loss saying that I think there are really two way to manage weight through exercise and healthy eating. There is simply no magic linkage, and although it may seem obvious some way too often neglected. Now you are probably wondering if diet and exercise are the only ways to lose weight ,why did you write here? Since there are still natural remedies and recipes that help you achieve you goal. If you use this, in addition to eating better and getting some exercise, you can speed up the following means cover a wide range
- Cinnamon Tea
The blood has a direct impact on you weight because it is hunger and energetic which is effective ( if you have the energy, it is much more likely to exercise ).
If your sugar level is balanced in the blood, it is less likely to have a disproportionate appetite, and your body will tend to use fat (energy) instead of storing it.
While the debate about efficacy creeps, more and more emerge from preliminary studies that cinnamon can show the control of sugar levels in the blood, so why not wipe tea to spicy cinnamon?

Although the mechanism help to reduce the absorption of liquid (fats) in the instestinal tract. Theanine is an amino acid found in green tea, which can promote the release of dopamine, the chemical that makes you relaxed "happy" and make. If you tend to eat due to stress, this can be useful. It also affects the caffeine, not nervous. Ginger added green tea helps to improve digestion and add some taste without sugar or milk in tea.

1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped or half teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon of green tea
8 ounces fresh water

Place green tea and ginger in sieve or strainger and add 8 ounces of boiling water. Green tea too long shudder can make you with a bitter taste , so leave no more than 3 - 4 minutes. Dandelion has hepatoprotectores components with liver protection, which means an ability to prevent liver damage. Peppermint and dandelion automatic bile production in the liver, helps to stimulate the digestion and absorption of nutrients. Mix these two together and you have a powerful tea protecting the liver!

-1 tsp dried peppermint leaves
-8 ounces of boiling water

Manual:
Pour a cup of water on dandelion and mint and steeply boiling, covered, for 5-10 minutes. Strain, lemon juice, if you like, and drink a cup twice a day. You can also do this with the tooth fresh leaf / root and fresh mint lions, use only a handful of fresh leaves for the amount. When fresh use, are fairly certain that there are no chemicals applied to them - which is especially important for dandelion. If you use the dandelion on a regular basis, I recommend growing alone.
