Meanwhile am using this medium to present my achievement 4, how to apply Markdown in creating content on STEEMIT.
Before we start writing on markdown,we have to know what Markdown is.
What is markdown?
Markdown is a markup language used to format plain text documents on web.

CREATING HEADING

Every write-up or content must have a heading.
Heading is made inorder to give the reader primary information about the main content,even before the reader reads the body of the write-up
To create heading , you use the # symbol

BASIC MARKDOWN TOOLS

How To Create A Bold Text

• Start your sentence with 2 asterisk
• Type the sentence without space between the sentence and the asterisks
• Close the type sentence with another 2 asterisk with no space between the sentence and the 2 asterisk.
  Example:- thanks to all my steemian friends.
  How To Make An Italic Text
  To Make an Italic text
• Start your sentence with only one asterisk*
• Type your sentence having no space with the asterisk
• Close your sentence with one asterisk , no space.
  Practical example is my achievement 4 is so interesting.

• You start with asterisk
• one space
• Then type the sentence
  These 3 steps will make the sentence Unordered. Example is the same 3steps above.

   How To Add Link
   Why adding link? It is vital to add links of some images, videos and quotes in our work(write up) to avoid plagiarism
   Steps to add links

• Go to the source of the image, copy the link (address)
• Using the link in a text format, go to the end of sentence where you want to place the image , video or quote
• Click your cursor there and put your block bracket [ ]with source written in it [source],with no space put your normal bracket with the copied link pasted in it(pasted link)
