"We are the world" is a charity single as composed and recorded by the super group called United Support of Artists for Africa in 1985. This song was written by the late Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie and produced by Quincy Jones.

Why I love this song.

I have always been a lyrics puppy and whenever I hear a good rhythm, I cannot but just fall silly flat on my musical limbo. I shed some tears of love while doing this piece.
I am always excited the feeling I get whenever the songs airs. I sing out loud and even then, the lyrics were not completely correct, I never fail to rhyme 'We are the world, we are the children.' There is a part I called 'celestial living" until I got to know it wasn't celestial.
This particular song was an anthem for every African around the world because it was at a time when the world was being awakened from a slumber into an era of validation as a continent not to be ignored.
The first time I watched this particular video, it was in my granddad's mighty box like TV set that comes fully fitted with sliders and 4 wooden legs.

Today, the world mostly revolves around Africa. Major developments and advancements are known to be a part of the coming revolution that will finally put this continent on easy streets and away from the list of under developed continents. The better place is in sight.
I see also the unity as portrayed in this video to be a main source of the unity being displayed around the world by all and sundry. The unity that always puts Africa in every major decision making podium around the world.

The song may have been from 1985, the lyrics still bares true and the joy as seen in the faces of the artists as they sang their hearts out will go a long way to make someone happy today.

This is the time when we all should heed the call to make good use of the greatest gift of all time.
There are chances everywhere that will help us create lasting successes now and tomorrow. The centralized system has messed up everything and we cannot but agree that we need true change and processes which will guarantee the prosperity of the next 100 years.
Blockchain is it, and Blockchain is here to stay. The world is tilting towards the new reality and everyone is moving in the circles of innovation. The African continent still thrives on Fiat and corruption, as her leaders are constantly working fruitlessly to ensure they stifle the truth.
We are a continent where a youth is said to be someone who is 52years and above. A continent where we still have 90year olds as incumbent Presidents. The leadership system is so dumb and to them, change is not constant.

Today I am happy at the New Reality and I am one of those spearheading change for good. I am a freedom fighter and seeker of truth; I am a light bringer; I am a tool for change; I am a useful entity that makes for the adaptation of value bringing technologies possible in a country where everyone else seeks to me handed a change.

We are the world, we are the children. We are the world and we owe it to mother nature to make it a better place where we are can live in peace and harmony.
