I like this Estee Lauder's quote so much that whenever I stay idle dreaming, hoping and wishing, I remind myself that it will take WORK to see it bear on the physical.
You must put hands and brains to work in order to get your desires met; and it is what Friedrich Nietzsche meant when he said -"He who would learn to fly one day must first learn to stand and walk and run and climb and dance; one cannot fly into flying."
Many people have turned themselves to beggars because they dream the right way and then do the wrong things. Hoping and wishing is okay, but it is just what it is... hoping and wishing.
It is good to hope and wish, but it is also good to put that strength you use in hoping and wishing to work so that you too can look back and say.. I didn't get here by wishing or hoping to be here, but by working to be here!
Hope Smart and Wish Smart, then Work Smart and you will be able to Earn Smart to Live Smart.

The hustle and hard work behind all success are always overseen and forgotten. Wishing and dreaming are easy, planning dream into executable plans is moderately hard, while the final taking action is gonna be the hardest.
