Stampin
While picking up a new sketchpad I impulse bought a starter stamp making kit. looked like fun and its a bit tricky to be fair. This first atempt took me 30 mins start to finish. More to get a go at the tools and a feel for how it worked rather than make a fine stamp, but with a little practice I guess this will have a fast learning curve and some good results.
First thing to be done is a design, here a quick skeleton should do fine. You then copy over it with tracing paper in pencil and rubber the trace over the stamping rubber.
Then use the tools to carve away all the area that is not to show. Learned that i need to carve deeper and spending more time on the line first with a craft knife helps. Sure there will be better techniques to carving to be found on YT. All in quite a rewarding experience, think i should spend much longer on the detailed areas and better planning of the design will make the difference. Also a inkpad may help, i just brushed on ink and tried a promarker.
Inking nice 👍
