The scammed and the scammer

My name is John White, although my real name is Adebiyi Kofo (not my real name, this is for illustration purposes), I reside in the United States of America and of course I use a vpn, if you are able to do a real IP trace, it would indicate I'm from Africa. However, virtually, I reside in the United States.

I have a mega inheritance worth millions of dollars, however, all that is needed is for you to pay a few thousand dollars to help me smoothen the process (of course if I am worth such a huge amount of money, it is only logical that I cannot afford a lesser amount.)
Please, by all means, don't get greedy, just send me the needed money and count your chickens before they are hatched.

Don't worry, I promise this doesn't sound phony, you have my fake credentials which you've never bothered to check out its authenticity. But, let's not stop there, I also have a royal bloodline and a vast empire but it seems I have transactions stuck somewhere as I am stuck in a strange land (because it's the first time I will be travelling abroad as a big personality that I claim to be.)

I once heard of a case of a scammer who was caught by the law enforcement agencies and his excuse was that he was collecting back what was stolen from us by the white man and I stopped to wonder if either he lacked common sense or he simply didn't know how to use it.

Was it the person who was scammed that came to our museums and took what our leaders back then gave to them in exchange for their help? Was it the "powerful deities" that we worshipped that were taken away by mere men and shown for the world to see? The truth is how many of our artifacts have we even properly preserved?

Most of these fraudsters who use that excuse don't even know what it is all about. You claim something was taken, however, what exactly was taken from you that you're fighting for.
If that is too complex, why not hold bad leaders accountable?

When you defraud others of their hard earned cash simply because you want to live the good life, you're worse than an animal and you should be ashamed of yourself for the bad name you've given the whole nation also filled with hardworking people.

Also, please endeavor to confirm the person you're chatting with os actually who he/she says they are.
