Possible answer to your question about who is representing humanity and all life on this planet? Would guess it's the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs? I also wonder how many people are aware that it's against the law to have contact with ET's? It seems similar to the fact that the US government holds a patent for medical cannabis and at the same time claiming that there are no medical uses for cannabis...

It's against the law to have contact with ETs? LOL Well, now...... Might be kind of difficult to control that one ;) Yes, I would agree on your comparison - I've read that patent(s) before....a lot of therapies they hold patents on.
