It's very simple if you are friends with a crochet :)
You need to crochet a bell in the size you want (crochet like a hat).
Inside i glue the parallon,
on that base I glue dried flowers... so I did for Easter,
and so for Christmas:
You can decorate as you like,

I love the Easter version with the fresh flowers. I have never seen such a decoration. I can crochet, butI seldom make decoration I mostly crochet/knit/sew clothes. But this projects of yours is really lovely 😊

Cool idea! We have a birdhouse that is made of a sisal rope that this reminds me of. It is a great way to add something fun to a garden.
