Now That's How You Park A Car!
Hi Folks,
Currently a bit depleted on anything of any real substance but I thought I could share this photo I took back in June, 2016.
Every month or so, me and a few ol' work colleagues meet up for some grub, beer and a chat in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. On this occasion, parking spaces were at a premium and so I decided upon a small gap that no self-respecting driver would normally consider. With the help a buddy shouting the closing distances, I managed to squeeze in the gap without (hand-on-heart) nudging the other two vehicles.
Approx. 5" front & 8" rear gap.

maybe. I was more referring to "you're not Italian". I was absolutely shocked when I was the first time in Italy. They park this way all the time and don't bother giving the cars ahead and behind a bump to get in and out. At least in Rome all cars - ALL cars(!) - look like they were in a car accident. I was so glad that I went there by train and it taught me to never bring my own car^^
I spent a couple of days in Madrid back in 2001, shocking parking and loads of dints and dents in cars. Not a place to take your pride & joy ;)
