Cream puffs anyone?

It's been a while since my last post, we're are currently swamped with activities for the soft launch of EggInc Desserts & Pastries shop.

After several months of preparation we are now a few more weeks before our soft launch. As we mentioned in our previous blogs, we are supposed to open on this coming December. However, we feel like we can have it few months earlier. This is to familiarized ourselves into the pastry business and allow our target market to know about us early on.

While we are preparing for the soft launch, we have started receiving orders from our clients. The clients that knew us through "word of mouth".

The cool thing about this client is that she allowed us to surprise her on what kind of pastry to serve her. For this specific task, we thought of serving her a classic French "choux" pastry but we have introduce a flavor twist to it - "Matcha" or green tea. Here it is:

By the time that our pastry shop is operational, we will be receiving crypto payments and of course Steem will be our preference. It's our gift to our fellow Steemians!
