The Diary Game: Celebrating others on my big day 28/04/2024

Introduction

I was born on 28th of April, my birthday fell on a sunday , i am happy and glad for the gift of life, despite all my challenges i am alive. I wanted to testify in church of how good God has been to me but i missed it cause i was away feeding my baby, i did not get to testify.

Morning rush

In my church the redeemed christian church of God (rccg) in uyo, Akwa Ibom.Nigeria. workers are to be in church for fresh fire by 7am on the dot, no lateness is permitted unless you are granted permission. So my preparation started: packing my baby's bag, making her food (pap) , putting her water and so on. I forgot to prepare her cloth before we slept, that was saturday night 27th of April. I noticed the dress i choose needs some amendment i had to seat on my sewing machine to do it.

Few minutes after 6am i was done, i bathed her and wore her dress and shoe, she was ready. Time for mr to have my bath and prepare to go, she started to act up, this never happended before, i had to keep petting her before i could have my bath, i was seriouly sweating caude of the rush.
Note: My husband has already gone to church.
It was not easy at this time cause i was already late and she was crying for breastmilk, i had no choice than to settle her.

In church

I got to church finally but i was really not happy cause i was very late. How do i explain my lateness as a worker! God please forgive me.
We sat for an hour plus and we went out to feed

It was exciting and refreshing to be in the house of the Lord fellowshipping together as one.

Celebrating my pastor on my own birthday

The service ended and my pastor's birthday thanksgiving started, my pastor was born on the 26th April, he gave his testimony of his birth, it was touching story and a big lesson to learn. According to him he was suppose to doe on the day he was born but God appeared and it was reversed, he gave his life to christ since then till now.
