Si pudieras comprender mi quebranto;
la tormenta que han dejado tus ojos en mí,
esta ansiedad de no poder contemplarte.

Mi corazón está quebrado;
han muerto miles de sentimientos
dejando una inmensa desolación.

Temo no volver a percibirte;
disfrutar de tu luz,
la que opaca mi oscuridad.

Temo saber que no soy para ti;
de no poder rodearme en tus brazos
que son anhelo de mi realidad.

Me duele no poder decirte al oído
que aunque mis creyones estén rotos,
seguiré dibujándote con mis mejores colores.
