Esta es planta conocida en México como Espuma de Mar (Ornamental Kale en inglés), fue desarrollada por botanistas estadounidenses que buscaban una planta que soportara al frío para adornar los jardines durante las épocas de invierno. Así mezclaron distintas variedades de col que origino esta bonita planta.

This plant is known in Mexico as "Espuma de Mar" (Ornamental Kale in English), it was developed by American botanists who were looking for a cold-tolerant plant to decorate the gardens during the winter seasons. So they mixed different varieties of cabbage that originated this beautiful plant.
Because this plant is a mixture of the type of cabbage plants, it is edible, I think it would be interesting to try it.
Debido a que esta planta es una mezcla del tipo de plantas col, es comestible, creo seria interesante probarla.
