WOW ! this is a big number! Thank you to all of you for your support, I really appreciate all the comments, it drives me to do more, I will stay humble in the quest of becoming a better artist
Today I wanted to share with you a little bit of me , because you bared with me until then, so now it's time to get all emotional :)
Do you want to know why I am working every day at the moment?
This is a valid question, someone could argue that eventually it's difficult to create content every day of the same quality, that eventually I will fail by doing so, looking like a greedy man that just want to cash in , a quick in and out grab.
But my reason is actually deeper...
Since my early ages, around 6 or 7 years old, I have been partially deaf from one ear.The right one.
It means that some frequencies, mainly the high and medium one are suppressed, meaning that I can only hear a muffled sound in low bass from that ear.
It has never been troublesome, I know there are people out there that are completely deaf or blind, so I am not complaining too much.
I still need to read people lips to understand them , and I can't be in a crowded place for too long as it becomes an exhaustion to try to understand everyone .
I lost a bar tender job once, because I couldn't understand anyone anymore, and I lost my temper and threw a glass against the wall.
Lucky for me the manager was a friend, and I didn't get into any trouble.
Needless to say that eventually I know I will lose full sense from that ear, and it's fine with me really!
That's why it's so important right for me to create every day, while my right ear is still functioning.
I know there will be eventually a fix for it, I haven't talked about a doctor for years, the last time I saw one he told me it was a malfunction in my brain synapses that was relaying the wrong information to the brain, and might not be fixable.
Well fuck you medicine, my right ear is not done yet
Pardon my language..,. Anyway this is a song about me going deaf, and I tried to emulate the way I ear people speak from that ear.
The funny part is that my left ear is just fine and even compensate for the right one. And my heighten sense of smell as well, I am like damn dog. As a kid I could guess who was at home by just smelling the air (true story).
I don't think I've ever told anyone this particular trait of mine, that's a bit weird to share it with you.
I feel like a cat bringing a dead animal as a gift.

oh wow it's amazing hat people can go through and still be able to stand up high. what a coincidence it is cuz I've also got something similar but it happened due to an accident and I ruptured both my ear drum and I said to hell with the doctor as well!!
Dude That's crazy so what can you hear ? Yeah it's ok like I said there's no reason to complain I can still do what I love :)
Yeah it is and there isn't really anything I can do about it right ow so instead of mopping and dragging my self down I tend to look on the bright side of life. usually its sort of like being underwater and sounds just seems so distant and sometimes sounds temporarily disappear and I hear ringing sort of like when we watch a war movie and a grenade or something goes off near a soilder.
Oh yeah that's pretty much what i hear in crowded area so I get you.They say that the cells in the ear drums don't regenerate but who knows where science is heading in few years, what we can do with stem cells grow is amazing nowadays so we can't lose hope hahah
Thank you for sharing this personal information, it really gives us an insight into Ed the guy behind the songs. I think you are genuinely one of the most talented artists on here, I love the way you set up your gear and just spring into action... and what action that is! I could understand it feeling like overkill if what you were offering was some watered-down mediocre offerings, but this is far from the case. Everything you put out sounds (and feels) very sincere, but moreover is top quality. I love your sound your tone and your seemingly effortless ease of delivery. Long may it continue. Congratulations of reaching this milestone of 400 followers. My feeling is that this is only the beginning! Well Done, and Thank you.

Wow. How did you get so many followers in such a short time :D
Well I really accommodated my whole life around Steemit and dsound. even sometimes go to bed at 8pm in the evening to wake up at 2am to catch the best time in US where the active users are.I work everyday as well and don't take a day off even on the week end, I ask a nanny to come on Saturday take care of the kids as well so my wife can rest, so it's all about time management I guess . And really being consistent, every damn day even if you don't feel like it, I tell to myself that now Steemit, @dsound,@dtube, @dlive and all of you guys are my employers, and you can't miss a day at work right? I lost 7 kilos since I started as I really don't do anything but work, but I love it and my wife helps with all the other area of life so I can focus on the music only. I see it as an athlete I get into a routine. go for a run, I have a morning warm up exercise that I do every day to build muscle memory, I see it as a boxer hitting pads every day .
You motivated me to spend more time here :)
