I Hope Steemit.com does not have some hidden agenda!
What are the sources of Steemit.com income sources - does anyone know?
No one invest to give away their intellectual and monetary resources without any kind of return.
If there are , then the very logical thing that they will do will be to be bias and look out for those that serves their intetest most naturally. Don't you think so , in fairness and without prejudices?
Sorry if you are offended or think me naive as the truth of the matter, I am. I don't what is all these points and payments are. The wallet , the rewards etc. Can I just shares my views in this platform and environment provided without being hassled and forego all these point and money earned thingy?
I apreciated if someone can teach me in a simple and direct way how I can go about doing it. I do not eant anything and I do not want to owe anyone anything here. Is this possible? Please help and advice any kind soul?

You can choose to decline payment as an option when you are creating your posts. It is in a drop down menu at the bottom right hand side when you are in the editor.
Post are paid from coins created by the blockchain from what is called a 'reward pool'. The reward pool is paid out according the the voting power of the accounts that vote for your post.
Voting power is derived from the amount of Steem an account has that has been locked up in the form of Steem Power. Basically, the more Steem an account chooses to lock up as Steem Power, the more influence the account has on the distribution of rewards.
You can choose to ignore it all if you wish. You don't owe anyone any money. You are actually making money should you choose to take your Steem tokens to an exchange and sell them.

To answer the question of 'Where does all the money come from"? It comes from investors in the platform. These investors do not currently have way of deriving an income from their investment. They are investing in the value of the token on the market.

I understand what you are sayings but I don't really know what it all means as I have not a clue as to the terms refers to here . Sorry I have not got a handle to Bitcoins terminology yet but in tome I time. Thanks again for the trouble to explain, I am sure some others will .
