The Macaron - not the french boss - but the sweet french cookie with filling resembling a hamburger seems to be a thing in Amsterdam!

Wow, I seem to miss out on all the trends!? Well... most of them... Orrrr maybe... some of them... Ah Well, the macaron trend passed me big time, thats for sure! :)

Someone I invited for a cup of coffee, replied: I'll meet you but only when macarons and tea are served!
