Car Licking and Kicking Horses - Comedy Open Mic - Round 44

This morning it was all over the Dutch news:

What you think this means?

it means what it says
Do not park the car, since horses living to the sides of the road without traditional fences marking their territories, may approach your car. It is not that the approaching horses are the issue, but they seem to like to lick the car. Especially cars with metallic paint. And licking becomes quickly scratching with their teeth and kicking with their legs. And to top this, they have a preference for brown cars!

Yeh, the scratching is not that clear indeed! The guy who created the sign told us on the radio, the sign is very clear, but he suggested for all of us to learn about this sign be reading about the real meaning of the sign! I think he was on something :)
