We all use them; Whenever we are at some event, we either are given them by the event hosts or have them in our bag: the plastic Poncho!
After an event, hundreds to thousands and more poncho's are thrown into the bin. In a country like the Netherlands where we have thousands of outdoor events with more than thousands of visitors, and a mild and rainy climate, we easily use 10's of millions of poncho's per annum!
a BIO DEGRADABLE PONCHO
This poncho is not only manufactured without any fossil fuels, after usage it can be put into the ground and function as compost. How cool is that?
And the good thing is: It does what it needs to do; Protect us from getting wet while raining.
Another positive: All the poncho materials can be eaten. Not that we want to start eating the poncho itself, but after dissolving, it can be part of some food or drink.
They make more cool eco products...

Excellent product a rain poncho made from corn, soy and sunflower seeds, it seems incredible that after use (lasts approximately 180 days) can be buried and function as compost, no loss. Great hunting
