Contest alert!!//Eye care
Greetings to you all my amazing steemian friends how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day well as for me I am fine and a good health as well.
Today as I will be submitting my entry in the healthy steem community I will be taking part in a contest organized by @khursheedanwar which is title Eye care
Now the eye that we all know it is the part of the body that helps us to have visual over environment and to know and see the things around us
The human beings have different types of sense organ all of which place different functions but the functions of the eye remains the most important amongst all of them.
So now back to the contest how I take care of my eye is very simple though I have a little eye problem which I inherited from my dad
But I always ensure that I clean my eye with clean water and avoid on necessary contact with the eyes especially with my hands if I didn't wash them or with any other external substance or object that are not clear or that may affect and damage my eyes
And another way that I employ in taking care of my eye is by limiting my screen time because too much exposure to screen will definitely cause damage to my eye so I always try and limit my screen time
I also avoid engaging in activities that may cause direct harm to my eye for example I always avoid engaging in violence activities which paraventure a person might hit my eyes directly which of course we all know will definitely cause harm to it
And also like I mention earlier that I inherited and eye problem for my dad which has been I cannot see clearly object that are far away so I always employ the use of eye drops and Glass in order to enable me see well especially when reading
All that are many more are some of the effective ways that I have employed in ensuring that I take good care of my eyes it doesn't like we used to say that an eye isn't sold in the market it is our duty to take care of the ones we have

Eye care is very important in our daily lives to keep our eyes always healthy if one member of the eye is disturbed may be very uncomfortable because the eyes for humans are everything to continue to be cared for and cared for. Thank you for your invitation, good luck always
