- Tepung beras
- Bawang merah

cara membuat
Pisang di belah belah, tepung di aduk dengan air, pawang diiris kecil kecil di taruh kedalam tepung, panaskan minyak goreng, celub pisang kedalam tepung lalu taruh pisang ke dalam minyak yang sudah di panaskan, siyab saji.
