To start you should chop the meat in squares, then you should put the meat to boil or to parboil as it is said in my country, add some salt to the water.

Lugo chops the carrots, potatoes and add them to the boiling meat so that they also go cooking and the meat grabs a little flavor of these vegetables.

You should also chop the tomatoes and all the green dressings that you like and when you check that the meat is ready and the water level is low you should proceed to add the tomatoes and the dressings well minced.
