Tips to make 2018 better than 2017 (part one)

Firstly, let me start by wishing all the steemit family a happy new Year, May this year be a year of plenty SDB and upvotes for us all. Lol
Straight to the point, now the new year has come and many are making new year resolutions, fixing their minds on what to start doing and what to stop doing, during this all i will like to share what i feel would help us all in this year if applied with our whole heart.

Dig a Little Dipper
In the year 2018, don’t stop when you are tired, keep digging till you get what you want. "Life doesn’t give you what you want, it gives what you demand", nobody in life has ever made it being lazy or no great person had ever made it by giving up. So, don't give up at the face of disappointment, cry if you need to but never give up. Remember - Quitters never win and winners never quit.
Nothing good comes easy, the purest of waters are found deep deep down below ground level so DIG A LITTLE DEEPER.

Don't entertain fear
The fear of the past, present, future and unknown has held a lot of people down, it has made them loose focus on their dreams, a little set back and all the dreams they had are thrown in the trash can and sleep over shadows them like a plague. In 2018, don't let fear make you stop dreaming.
Never you let the fear of trying stop you from succeeding, look beyond the fear, gather courage and start something, and when you fail? Just start all over again.

Keep your dreams alive, don’t give up on them
Joseph in the bible was a dreamer, but despise the treat from his brothers he never stopped dreaming, he kept the dream alive and from a Shepard boy to a slave then a prisoner and when the time was ripe a prime minister.
This is a more reason to keep the dream alive cause there exist a someone out there that needs you to interpret their dream.
Take this as an advice, if you don't let people talk you down on your dreams, those same set of people will be the first at your doorstep to congratulate you when the dream becomes a reality.

Be positive in your confession
There are enough people out there already that don't want you to succeed, you adding negative confessions only make things rather than better.
In 2018, wake up saying am getting better, go to bed saying am the best. You know what positive confessions are? They are not you ignoring the circumstances, rather is you seeing the silver lining behind every cloud even when the clouds seems to be darkest.
if you keep speaking positive into your life, it will become part of you and sink into your subconscious and with that a new mind set is built upon which you will soar this year.

Be Humble
In the year 2018, put on humility as though it was a garment, suppress and eliminate pride. There is nothing wrong with you learning from someone younger than you. You know the funny thing? what you may need to succeed might be in the hands of your gardener and if you don’t humble yourself to learn from him/her you might never experience growth.

Make this part of your life style and you will see and notice a tangible growth this year.
