Hey everyone this is me @economist2027 and I hope you are all doing great. Today I am excited to share a simple and tasty macaroni recipe with all of you. This is one of my favorite quick meals and I am sure you will enjoy it too. Let us get started !

Ingredients You will Need:

Macaroni (boiled)

Tomatoes (sliced)

Onions (chopped)

Green chilies (chopped)

Garlic cloves

Fresh ginger

Cooking oil

Salt (to taste)

Red chili powder

Black pepper

Mixed spices (according to taste)

Step by Step Preparation

1. Boil the Macaroni

First take your macaroni and boil it in salted water until it becomes soft but not overcooked. Drain and keep it aside.

2. Prepare the Base of Ingredients

Chop the onions, tomatoes and garlic, and green chilies. Also grate a little ginger. Keep it's everything ready in separate bowls for easy cooking.

3. Heat the Oil

In a cooking pan and heat some oil. Add the chopped onions and saute until they turn golden brown.

4. Add Garlic and Ginger

Next To add the garlic cloves and a spoon of grated ginger. Stir well and until the raw smell disappears.

5. Add Tomatoes and Spices

Now add to sliced of tomatoes. Sprinkle in salt and red chili powder and black pepper, and your mixed spices. Cook on medium heat until the tomatoes soften and blend into a nice gravy.

6. Add Green Chilies

Put in the chopped green chilies for a spicy and fresh flavor. Cook for a few more minutes.

7. Mix in the Macaroni

Finally to add the boiled macaroni into this mixture. Stir well so the masala coats and every piece of macaroni. Let it cook for 2–3 minutes on the low heat.

8. Garnish and Serve

Switch off the flame and squeezes a little lemon of juices on the top and serve hot. Your delicious homemade macaroni is ready to enjoy!

Final Thought's

This recipe is very simple and quick and very satisfying and very delicious. It is perfect for lunch, dinner and or even as a snack when you are craving something spicy and filling. I hope you all like this recipe and try it at home.
