Born without an instruction book 🤔

We aren't born with an instruction book, and thus the word evolution is a verb not a noun 💪🏽 just like live, peace, health and others 🤔

An active pursuit to seek, learn, study, and evolve by FEELING it on our own skin ✊🏽
We can only let go of something and shift when we feel it and when we feel it we can let it go 👏🏾

Negative emotions are there to provide an opportunity to learn more about who we are and who we are not ✊🏽

They are the result of patterns that no longer work for us, and are the source for our evolving 🕺🏽

Drugs, alcohol, and even so called spiritual names, rituals, tarot cards, vegan food, and a yoga class- all can be a distraction from the actual work we are here to do on ourselves 🤔

There is no escape from deep introspection, since everything we need to resolve within ourselves, will surface itself at some point in our life to be dealt with, and as such being pro-active in dealing with it before the 'train hits' us 🚆I think, is a wise choice 👌🏾
