Farm Work - Push2Talk Episode 34 - Operation Pine Rescue!

Let's head down to the thistle patch and save some pine trees!

@ecoinstante and I have been working hard, both on and off of the computers. Up here in Wisconsin there is a lot to do during Summer, and today that includes rescuing some baby trees.

We found all sorts of things hiding in this thistle patch, including many stretched out trees still living. We can clearly see by last years growth that these rows were not cared for at all last year. This is a sad story in our family, not for today but perhaps one day I will tell it. We will do our best to recover these trees, but they will likely be odd all of their lives. Don't worry, odd trees have a place in this world as well :)

We also found a white tailed fawn and a turkey hen hatching her nest of new babies. I have some video evidence of this for another seven77 video to come soon.

Our visit to the US is coming to an end soon, next week we head to Colorado for Block Party and then its back to Colombia with a brief stop in Florida. We will just have to get as much as we can done while we have the chance!
