A day at the Salon - Fun, not efficiency, is the goal when spending time with family :)
Sometimes I get so wrapped up in work that I forget that sometimes we need to take some time to take care of ourselves and our loved ones. While visiting family in Ibagué, I got the chance to get 'salon'd' by Matilde and @ecoinstante.
The first important task when at the salon is to relax. To be able to lie back and rest while the attendants take inventory of all the possible items that could possibly be used on one's person can be a difficult task for someone like me, but with a fuzzy pillow I was able to make it through!
@ecoinstante was very happy to help with my beard, while Matilde focused on my hair. I am currently undergoing some changes with my hair and beard, and these two lovely ladies were happy to hear all about it.
After a long process, I have to admit I have a completely different look! All credit to my two beautiful assistants!
Everybody got an upgrade this day, including a cross braid for Matilde and a string of beads for @ecoinstante's crown.
This is a short update on the fun we try to have with our family. I am so happy and blessed that I have a wife that helps me get my head out of work and into spending quality time with other members of our family :)
