Steemit Award
I received the following award from steemitboard yesterday and was grateful about it.
I upvoted it as a sign of appreciation.
Even though I do not know much about it, I know it is a sign that I am progressing.
There is no doubt that progressing in steemit is difficult. Many register and walk away as I did. They find it difficult to adapt in an environment where people from different background meet to share knowledge and ideas. So the easiest thing to do is to stay off.
With the exception of those who love writing, and are creative in other aspects of life that are appealing to people, it is difficult to remain here for people like me. I love reading, listening and observing more than writing, talking and acting. That is my original person.
Today, I have taken a new leaf. The only thing that is permanent, according to Heraclitus, is change.
Steemit is doing new thing in my life. I am becoming a participant against an observer, a writer against a reader.

Its a great feeling to feel appreciated. Its been quite a long time since i received an award from steemit board as my easy to get awards have all been awarded to me. Am now left eith the difficult ones to acquire like reaching 1000 followers. I know people have done it an am also heading towards it. Congratulations on your achievement.
