Russians citizens to start using Bitcoin abroad

The latest Blockchain news I read today is that Russian citizens will start using Bitcoin abroad. The Russian deputy finance minister stated this in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta, a Russian state newspaper. These are his words
"Can Russian citizens have a wallet and pay bitcoins in those countries where it is allowed? Why not? Therefore, we are formulating the law in such a way in order to allow buying cryptocurrencies for foreign operations and allow Russian citizens to sell bitcoins for profit reasons in foreign countries."
If this development succeeds in Russia I believe I will push other countries to do the same. The blockchain technology is working!

Yes sir
Russia has been popping up in the news quite a bit these last few days. I am not surprised about accepting BTC to be one of the big stories though. I always knew they would be a relatively early adopter of BTC and cryptos in general. Hope other countries come around soon. Good job Russia.
Russia had been a strong opponent of the blockchain Technology. They have seen a big sense in the whole issue
