It can be described as information that carry technology that has learning contents that can be stored, retrieve and transmitted between the teachers and the students.

They are objects, devices and things that are used by the teachers to transmit, transfer and share their encoded lessons with the learners who'll decode such lesson by analysing them to facilitate effective learning. Such media must be systemically designed to produce the behavioral objectives to match learners' characteristics, contents and instructional strategies and evaluation techniques.
