Considering the many turns of events we have witnessed over the last decade, the rapid rise of mass surveillance and the IOT (internet of things), it is yet another dot connecting background, evidencing that the Internet was indeed created to control Humanity.

Generally people who remember the name of Licklider are still mesmerized by his accomplishment. Indeed being a leading researcher working on a worldwide mean of communication was very impressive in his time.

But just like most cutting edge inventions, knowledge was used with the intent to harm. Because if money does not serve power, those in power cannot stay in power. That is as simple as that.

It is power that gives money its value, hence why money has no value in a voluntary society!

There is not one single discovery that has benefited man in the long run. It all starts as fairytale then after a few decades the nightmare sets in. Industrialization is still praised today by absolute meritocrats, but what for exactly when realizing how much pollution and systemic fraud are putting our civilization in jeopardy?

Being on the brink for the $79 trillion global GDP and $270 trillion asset bubble? Is it really worth it? Committing ecocides and being on the edge of a planetary bankruptcy? Is it what Life is really about?

We have to quit believing that each of our discovery are set in stone. Speculating on knowledge does not work, unless for bankers and hedge funds managers, juggling with exotic financial instruments, and their pals. Of course absolute capitalists continue to laud the system, and arrogantly pat themselves on the back. Competition creates excellence they claim. Really?

We have been misled since the 70s about the Internet. There is no freedom to expect, unless there is a mass awakening leading to the unplugging of AI for good along with the demonetization of Life. Humans have to remain in charge of their destiny.
