Would quitting be okay?

Today I come to tell you something that makes me very sad, but I know that on the one hand it is a decision that I had to make for my own good.

I had 16 months working for a call center company where I was working as a group leader, that is to say that I was in charge of a staff of 50 executives monitoring assistance, quality and attention as well as ensuring compliance by the administrative part.

Since the last quarter of 2018 I had noticed that in my receipts of payment is missing a large part of my remuneration for the work performed, having clear that my position required a mental maturity to tackle this problem I took regular actions I went to my immediate boss to give me an explanation, however I did not find any on his side.

I left the things of that size and I went to human resources to look for someone who knew how to give me answers, what they replied was a simple excuse that does not fit in me they said that for reasons of moving the company my payment was overlooked. That was quite disconcerting and I don't think it was the best answer; however, I still sought the help of the service coordinator to solve my problem.
I only managed to receive an email in response to my problem which said "this will be solved in the next fortnight". Assuming that what I was told was true I left things like that and waiting for the next payment receipt my surprise was that I was not paid the remaining money and also did not fix the problem.

He was working for 25% of the corresponding remuneration. It seemed like a mockery to me because even though they were paying me very badly I was doing my job 100%.
I decided to put an end to that and I met with the coordination once again to clarify the problems, so as not to make this post so long I met 5 times to solve and nothing happened.

Yesterday at the last meeting I sat down and demanded an explanation and they told me that they want to dispense with my services; however they want me to resign they didn't want to fire me and the worst of all is that they are doing it by

Since the nephew of the coordinator is on the platform working as an executive and so that he can move up a leader has to retire and leave the vacancy.

It seemed like an insult to me I never thought I would be paid that way so for my emotional stability I decided to quit, but I confess that I am very upset.
Although here in Venezuela they say that when a door closes 3 more open I can tell you that I am starting several projects including this block and a new job as an external consultant for another company I can say that I start very well my 2019 as I said in the first post of the year.
