Chocolate Recipe

• 1 big bud chopped into powder. Smoke quality, Indica strain for bedtime. It takes 3-5 times more cannabis to make an edible dose compared to smoking.

• Place on cookie sheet at 225 degrees for 10 minutes. This allows the medicine to open up and begin to release.

• Remove from oven and pour coconut oil over the powder. Cover the oil but do not saturate.

• Place cookie sheet back in the oven at 225 degrees for one hour.

• Take out of the oven and mix the cannabis with broken pieces of 60% Ghirardelli chocolate. For stronger medicine use equal oil to chocolate mix. Use four times as much chocolate in same bowl as oil and leave power.

• Keep stirring as the chocolate will melt fast. This is when you can add chopped almonds if you choose.

• Allow to cool and pour into a plastic baggie. Lay flat in the refrigerator. If you choose you can purchase small chocolate molds and pour the chocolate into the molds.

• Another option is to add some almond butter to make cannabis almond butter cups.

• Remove from the refrigerator after hardening and enjoy. This would be approximately 10 minutes.

I made this for some friends since they suffer from arthritis, back and muscle pain, depression, and anxiety. This was helpful for their ailments and I enjoy helping friends that can benefit from natural healing methods.
