How to cook this simple dish
Last time I shared to you the easy steps and recipe on how to cook Lagat Ampalaya. For this day I will share to you how I cook this simple dish.
Ingredients
- Garlic
- Onion
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 can Sardines
- Malunggay Leaves
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Steps:
Saute the sliced onion and garlic with cooking oil in the pan.
Add one can of Sardines
While waiting for it to cook, get some malunggay leaves. I got the leaves from my garden because I have a malunggay tree. You have to pick the leaves and remove it out from its stem. Then rinse it with water to remove the dirt.
After few minutes, put the leaves in the pan and add 1/2 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Then mix it and wait for it to cook.
Then serve!
