Our dino kale

The kale pictured here is one of three plants not currently being Infested by bugs. We have an aphid issue back here it's been kind of cold and no idea whether to be treating the plants with safer insecticidal soap or even just weekly treatments of microbes and fish. I've kind of just been letting it fly as the aphids are attacking the weaker plants. I kind of want to get a better plotting out and design of plants to maximize our food capabilities for the year so I was planning on composting those plants anyways for the most part.
